Thank you for shopping with House of BOM.BE! Each item is made especially for you through our print-on-demand production partners.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.
Estimated Shipping Time
After production is complete, standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Packages
Products may be fulfilled by different production partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and have different tracking numbers.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. House of BOM.BE is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to update the address.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
House of BOM.BE is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
